Refunds when using a blockchain service can be very tricky due to them being immutable. Due to this there's no refunds if a task didn't turn out the way you wanted it to. This could be due to some settings not being tweaked right when requesting the task.

We might issue a refund if something failed on behalf of our underlying code, but that's up to us to decide....
